Modern two-story home organized around a central courtyard to create an indoor-outdoor living. Designed intentionally with details such as double-height living area, kitchen with clerestory windows, natural stone elements and roof lines inspired by mid-century modern design.
Interior renovation project to enhance the functionality of the existing layout and include unique features such as mid-century modern inspired glass block partitions, warm wood accents and linoleum flooring.
